Tim McGraw and Tyler Hubbard Announce ‘Undivided’ Collaboration
Country music legend Tim McGraw, and Florida Georgia Line singer/songwriter Tyler Hubbard are making sure 2021 gets off to a flying start by announcing that they are teaming up for an exciting collaboration titled ‘Undivided’ which will be released worldwide on Wednesday, January 13th.
The forthcoming song is a gorgeous, heartfelt offering from the pair of hitmakers that allows for them to lay their hearts bare and showcase their divine lyrical ability and sublime vocal harmonies as they look set to take the crown for duet of the year with a track that will no doubt become a fan and critic favorite.
‘Undivided’ has been co-written by Hubbard alongside Chris Looke and came to life when the Florida Georgia Line performer was quarantined on his tour bus following a positive COVOD-19 test result and the track will be featured on McGraw’s deluxe version of his album ‘Here On Earth’.
The inspirational release is deep, powerful, and meaningful and sees Tyler being unafraid to examine his judgemental side as he looks to return to the values he was raised with and find peace in his faith to guide him to a place of being able to judge others less and the result is a joy-filled, positive crossover anthem.
Speaking about the track, Tyler Hubbard says: “I knew immediately when I finished it, I had to text it to Tim. He has a way of communicating with the world that is unique in music. For him to want to perform with me was an amazing feeling. The song is about coming together, and that’s exactly what we did.”
Tim McGraw adds: “Music gives us hope and brings us together in a way nothing else can. This doesn’t mean we don’t have work to do. Quite the opposite. I loved the positivity of this song and that it called me to check myself and to remember that love is bigger. It’s why I knew this song had to be my next single with Tyler as soon as he sent it to me.”
