Jimmie Allen Announces New Album ‘Tulip Drive’

American country music crossover sensation and multi-award winner Jimmie Allen has this week delighted his ever-growing global fanbase by formally announcing the super exciting details of his forthcoming, and hotly anticipated new studio album which he has confirmed will be titled ‘Tulip Drive’.

The news was confirmed by the singer/songwriter hot on the heels of a highlight Grammy award weekend, the new LP will be his third collection and listeners will be able to get their hands on a copy from June 24th with the project being released worldwide via BMG/BBR Music Group.

This latest tracklist from Jimmie Allen continues the tradition of his previous soundtracks by being deeply personal with the performer ensuring that his family ties and roots are deeply embedded into the fabric of the songs featured making it incredibly rich in true-to-life lyrical stories. The LP is actually named after the street his late grandma grew up on.

‘Tulip Drive’ is currently being spearheaded by Jimmie’s newest single ‘Down Home’ which is garnering some fantastic success across multiple markets and is expected to rocket further up the charts following on from the hitmaker’s standout performance on The Late Late Show with James Corden on CBS in the U.S.

Speaking about the LP, Jimmie Allen says: “This is the first album where a lot of the songs are actually written based off a lot of my own personal life experiences – from relationships, the hardships of life, to the parties & the good times. A lot of these songs are based off things I went through when I was in later in high school and college, at a place where I was just learning a lot of life lessons from my grandmother. I wanted to honour her by naming this album Tulip Drive, after the street she lived on in Lewes, DE.”
